2. Subscription
2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our Service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2. Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans. Details of each plan, including pricing and delivery frequency, are available on our website.
2.3. Registration: To subscribe, you must create an account on our website. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep this information updated.
3. Payment
3.1. Billing: Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, etc.), depending on your selected plan. Payment must be made via the payment methods we accept.
3.2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for renewal.
3.3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Delivery and Pickup
4.1. Shipping: If you choose home delivery, we will deliver your microgreens to the address you provide during registration. Please ensure this address is accurate and up-to-date.
4.2. Local Pickup: If you choose local pickup, you can collect your microgreens at our designated farmers market stands. Pickup locations and times will be provided during the subscription process and are subject to change.
4.3. Delivery and Pickup Schedule: Delivery and pickup frequency is based on your subscription plan. We strive to deliver or have your order ready for pickup on time but cannot guarantee exact dates due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.4. Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed during the checkout process.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Refund Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product arrives damaged or spoiled.
5.2. Damaged or Spoiled Products: If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photo evidence and will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or credit at our discretion.
6. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois/USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
